We recognise that unhealthy examples and notions of masculinity can contribute to systemic inequalities and social harm. Through education, mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement, we empower men and boys to embrace values of strength, kindness, emotional intelligence, and allyship. In doing so, we help cultivate healthier relationships, workplaces, and communities.

Men account for 75-80% of all suicides, making it a leading cause of death for men under 50. Since 2010, suicide rates have risen by 30% for younger men aged 25-34, and suicide is the #1 cause of death for young men in over 50 countries.

Knife crime in England and Wales reached approximately 50,500 offences in 2024, a 4.4% increase from the previous year. Young people under 25 continue to be disproportionately affected, with 83% of murders committed by knives or sharp objects.

Everywhere you look, young men are struggling with violence, mental health crises, and harmful behavioral patterns at alarming rates. The intersection of these issues suggests that traditional approaches to masculinity may be contributing to these problems rather than solving them.

Our vision is a society where men, young and old, are equipped with healthy masculinity frameworks that reduce violence, strengthen mental wellbeing, and foster genuine social connection.

Through evidence-based interventions and strategic partnerships, we aim to transform how masculinity is understood and expressed, creating lasting change that saves lives and strengthens society.
